The Selection Criteria
We don't list just any property. Every asset in the "Launch Portfolio" meets strict criteria:
Prime Location: situated in high-demand zones like Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, or Palm Jumeirah.
Debt-Free/Healthy Equity: All properties are fully owned or securely financed by Project WINN.
Appraisal Verified: Valuations are supported by independent third-party surveyors.

1. The Marina Skyline Collection
Location: Dubai Marina.
Type: Luxury Residential Apartments.
Status: Ready & Tenanted.
Investment Profile: Yield Focused. These units are currently generating rental income. Investors begin accruing yield immediately after the round closes.
2. Project WINN Tower (Development)
Location: Business Bay.
Type: Commercial/Mixed-Use.
Status: Under Development.
Investment Profile: Growth Focused. This is a "Capital Appreciation" play. Investors are buying into the development phase at a lower entry price, with the goal of exiting at a higher valuation upon completion.
